Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are shipped out the same day or within 24 hours depending on stock availability. Certain items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Due to payment type, and the company's approval procedures, there may be a delay in shipping your order if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.

U.S. Shipping
For U.S. UPS Ground Transit times, please view our Outbound Map. All other domestic delivery types should arrive before the end of the corresponding business day offered by the shipping method. For example, a 2nd Day Air order placed on Monday before 3:00 PM PST will arrive on Wednesday. If ordered after 3:00 PM PST it will arrive on Thursday. Please note that we do not offer UPS Saturday delivery, therefore, if you order before 3:00PM PST on Friday with Next Day Air shipping, your order will arrive on Monday.

International Shipping
Orders outside of the United States can select either USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. International orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time for Priority Mail International is 10-15 business days. Estimated delivery time for Express Mail International is 6-10 business days. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by their respective countries. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Since USPS has no control over packages once they have left the country, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Military and Alaska/Hawaii
Orders to military addresses and AK, HI, PR & GU are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time for AK, HI, PR & GU is 3-5 business days. Please note that there is no estimated delivery time for military mail due to military mail procedures.  

Billing Address and P.O. Boxes
If you are paying by credit card, your shipping address must match your credit card billing address (i.e. the address your statements are sent to). Also, please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Heavy and Oversized Items
Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight that will be added to the prices above. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description.
